Psychoneuro immunology, epigenetics, posture, conciousness and fascia

We do not end and begin at the skin

Posture can be seen as a reflection of an individual's physical structure, movement patterns and habitual ways of holding and using their body. It can be influenced by a wide range of factors, including genetics, environmental factors, lifestyle choices and individual experiences. But once you dive in to the three brains concept, Epigenetic inheritance, neuropeptides and the quantum energy body, things start to get much more interesting.

In terms of the idea that posture reflects the collection of an individual's experiences and inherited epigenetic factors, there is much evidence to suggest that this may be the case. For example, research has shown that trauma and stress can be stored in the body, and may manifest as changes in posture, movement patterns, and other physical symptoms. Additionally, epigenetic factors such as gene expression and DNA methylation have been shown to be influenced by environmental factors and experiences, and may contribute to individual differences in physical structure and posture.

In fact if you contemplate that the body is constantly replacing its tissues and is likely adaptively rewriting DNA everyday. The body is monitoring and reading its cellular, systemic and whole body environment via the 4trillion bit per second super quantum computer of which fascia is both the sensory organ and agent of change. These environments are collectively an aspect of posture. The fact that changes in tissues and environment can be measured by energetic shifts, make fascia implicitly part of both creating those spaces and moderating them. It is very easy to argue that fascia as the Mother of the body, reaches from the nucleus of each cell via the cellcytostructure and organelles, via the cell mem-brain, interstitial spaces, all the way out permeating every tissue all the way to the skin and likely energetically beyond as fields.

As a final mind blowing idea, this whole process is also top down modulated by neuropeptides - the molecules of emotion, this puts fascia and posture smack bang in the middle of the intersection between Body, Mind and soul.

In the context of the work of Dr. Bruce Lipton and psychoneuroimmunology, it is suggested that the experiences and environmental factors that an individual is exposed to throughout their life can have a significant impact on their biology and physical structure. This can include the inheritance of epigenetic factors, as well as the accumulation of physical and emotional trauma over time.

Dr. Lipton's work has shown that environmental factors such as stress, diet, and lifestyle choices can influence gene expression and impact the physical structure of cells and tissues in the body. Additionally, psychoneuroimmunology research has demonstrated that stress and trauma can have a significant impact on the immune system, leading to changes in inflammation, cellular function, and myriad other physiological responses.

When considering posture in the context of these fields, it can be seen as a reflection of the physical and biological adaptations that occur in response to environmental and experiential factors. For example, an individual who experiences chronic stress or trauma may develop tension and holding patterns in their muscles and connective tissue, which can impact their overall posture and movement patterns.

Further considering this in the context of Lipton’s more recent work on consciousness being associated with the development of certain factors associated with the membranes of cells and it’s potential evolutionary link to the development of intelligence

He highlights the strong correlation between cellular biology and consciousness and suggests that consciousness plays a significant role in the development and function of cells and tissues in the body. According to his model, cells are not simply passive entities that respond to external signals, but rather active participants in their own development and function.

One of the key factors that Dr. Lipton has identified as being important for cellular function is the cell membrane (which i’m arguing as being part of the cellular matrix of fascia), which he suggests is not only a physical barrier, but also a sensory organ that interacts with the environment and responds to conscious signals. In his view, consciousness plays a role in shaping the structure and function of cell membranes, and may be involved in the evolutionary development of intelligence and other complex cognitive processes.

While this perspective is still a matter of debate among scientists, it highlights the potential importance of consciousness in the development and function of biological systems. It also raises interesting questions about the interplay between consciousness, biology, and evolution, and the potential implications for our understanding of human potential and the nature of consciousness itself.

So tell me again why posture and fascia is probably the most fascianating revelation going……..
